December 7 2008 will carried out the Referendum on the Constitution and elections of Bolivian local authorities.

POLITICS • There is already a date for Referendum on the Constitution and to elect Bolivian authorities.
APN (Achacachi Post News).- December 7 2008 will carried out the elections trough popular vote of Prefects (La Paz and Cochabamba departments), subprefects and departmental counsels and approbatory or not referendum of the project of new political Constitution of the plurinational State of Bolivia.
