POLITICS • There is already a date for Referendum on the Constitution and to elect Bolivian authorities.
APN (Achacachi Post News).- December 7 2008 will carried out the elections trough popular vote of Prefects (La Paz and Cochabamba departments), subprefects and departmental counsels and approbatory or not referendum of the project of new political Constitution of the plurinational State of Bolivia.

Primero. Evo Morales no representa el interés de los bolivianos. A pesar de su apariencia indígena, tampoco representa el interés de las etnias bolivianas. Es un agente al servicio de fuerzas internacionales agrupadas alrededor del Foro de Sao Paulo. Y una de las fuerzas internacionales que dirigen a Chavez en venezuela, Correa en Ecuador, y Evo Morales en bolivia está vinculada A PROYECTOS DE CLONACIÓN HUMANA que pisotean cualquier consideración ética.
